Since my last post about Ryan's potty training progress, he has completely transitioned to a underoo wearing toddler... at least during his waking hours.
Now every day we wakes up, hits the potty and dons some fashion of underoos. We're still putting on pull-ups during naps and nighttime though. What's really cool is that we've found him dry after waking up from several naps and even a few nighttimes! On top of that he's completely given up pooping in his diapers. Now whenever he has to go he makes a grand announcement and heads for the can.
On the plus side I'm changing a lot fewer messy diapers. On the negative side, Ryan's discovered a whole new way to stall going to bed. Now each night we have at least 1 round of "Can I go to the bathroom please?" after he's already been tucked in to bed.
Now if I can just get him to stop doing the naked victory streaks through the house after getting off the can...
